22X Olympia Winning Coach and CEO Hany Rambod catches up with Evogen Elite's Andrei Deiu at WESTCA GYM in San Jose to finish off his prep for the 2020 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas. In this workout, they are hitting FST-7 shoulders.
While in the height of the pandemic, Hany and his athletes continue to put in the work and refuse to find excuses to slow down. Andrei is ready to hit some FST-7 shoulders with Hany and in this video, Hany puts him through the ropes to help cap Andrei's shoulders further.
Last year, Andrei won the Overall at his IFBB Pro League debut in Romaina qualifying for the 2020 Olympia. Andrei and Hany are looking to ruffle some feathers at the podium this December. Go behind the scenes as they blast FST-7 shoulders 6 weeks out.
