FST-7 Tip: Two A Days For Contest Prep with Hany Rambod
Nov 19, 2022
FST-7 Tip of The Week powered by Evogen Nutrition. 22X Olympia winning coach Hany Rambod talks why or why not two workouts a day are good for an athlete during contest prep.
When you look at some athletes, they require two a days for contest prep while others don't need to utilize this strategy. Looking at some of the greats out there, you had guys like Jay Cutler who during his prep would do cardio during one session and his weight training later in the day (or vice versa). Then you have guys like Phil Heath who wasn't a fan of two a days and only did them if 100% necessary but didn't implement them as part of his contest prep planning.
Do you need two a days for contest prep? Is it something you're doing or that you've been questioning if it needs to be added? Find out more about two a days for contest prep in our newest FST-7 video below!
