It's the ultimate breakfast treat that is so simple to make, you sleepy heads could cook them with your eyes still closed and your slippers on. Plus, this pancake is going to give you 25 grams of protein to kick start your day and silence those morning tummy grumbles. Macros: 275 cal 11c/11f/33p (applies to pancake without toppings)*
What you will need:
1 Scoop of IsoJect Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein 15 grams of Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips 1 Large Egg 1 tsp Water
How to make it:
1. Preheat a griddle or medium size skillet on medium-high temp.
2. While the griddle or skillet is warming up, mix the IsoJect, Chocolate Chips, Egg and Water together in a bowl.
3. Pour fully blended mixture onto cooking surface until pancake is the desired diameter. The batter will bubble at first. After all the batter bubbles pop and form holes on the surface/edges of the pancake, it will be safe to flip. Flip the pancake and continue cooking until the other side isn't gooey anymore.
4. Makes 1-2 medium size pancakes, duplicate recipe to make desired amount. Enjoy with syrup, whipped cream, Nutella, or whatever you'd like!*
