Betty Crocker ain't got nothing on this recipe! Goodies And Glutes is all about the Mug Cake this week. This is an easy, microwaveable, single-serving chocolate cake that tastes just like your own little piece of heaven. Believe it or not, this cake takes a mere 30 seconds to bake AND contains 28 grams of protein. That's like a double whammy of instant gratification and chocolatey protein bliss! This ewey-gooey recipe comes from one of our very own Evogen Ambassadors, Kelsey Voight. Thanks, girl!
