Yes, this RTD is a pre-workout drink designed for you to enjoy as part of your workout routine.  The RTD can be stacked alongside other Evogen products such as Carnigen, Creatine, AminoKEM, AminoJect, Evogreens, Glutamine etc. when desired. 

How many servings of EVP Extreme are within one RTD?

A full serving of the RTD will be the equivalent of one scoop of EVP Extreme AND as a bonus, one serving of EVP3D and a half serving of EVP AQ! 

Can I drink 2 RTD bottles per day? 

Directions for the product recommend one bottle per day. 

How do I use the EVP Xtreme AQ RTD every day?  How do I assess my tolerance?

We recommend assessing your tolerance by consuming half a bottle prior to training. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may consume a full bottle 15 to 30 min prior to your workout. DO NOT consume more than 1 bottle in a 24 hr period.
