The 22X Olympia winning coach suggests that if you are going to train a body part more than once per week you have to focus on your recovery. Make you get enough sleep. Take in some form of protein every 2-3 hours. Take supplements in between meals to maximize your recovery. All of these things together will help you get back in the gym sooner so you can break muscle down and build it back up post-workout.
