FST7 Tip Protein Intake for Intermediate Lifters

FST7 Tip of The Week powered by Evogen Nutrition. This week 22X Olympia winning coach Hany Rambod discusses protein intake for intermediate lifters.

Normally, Hany recommends that you get in at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, but in the case of a competitive bodybuilder it may vary up to 1.5 grams. If you are heavy with a high percent of body fat, you'll want to keep your protein intake on the leaner side at 1 gram of protein per pound.

Protein is an essential piece of your overall success, regardless of if you're bulking or cutting. While taking in as many grams through real food options is preferred, many people lean towards protein powders to meet their daily protein requirements.

If you've been wondering what the protein intake for intermediate lifters should be, you won't want to miss this episode where Hany breaks it all down!
