FST7 Posing Tips with Hany Rambod

24X Olympia winning coach Hany Rambod takes new Team Evogen Elite athlete Schuyler Reeves through a posing session after his first competition. Posing is everything. It can mean the difference between winning and losing so pay close attention as The Pro Creator breaks down each pose.

  • In the front and rear double bicep pose, do not bring your forearms too close to your biceps and curl or supinate your wrists.
  • In the side chest pose, be careful not to crunch down when you pull your chest back as it will make you look smaller and more narrow.  Pull your air into your chest and keep your chest up and twist for a wider fuller appearance.
  • In the front lat spread pose, keep your elbows and shoulders back. A common mistake is over rotating your shoulders which will make you look narrow. Stay wide by keeping your chest up and shoulders wide.
