FST7 Tip The Key To Hamstring Curls

When you are doing hamstring curls that your knee lines up with the pivot point of the machine.  If you cannot adjust the machine properly, you will not get full range of motion and you'll end up being either too short or too long. You want the pivot point to be right on the knee.

Pro Tip: Slow down the movement and control the weight through the full range of motion.
